My name is Agata and I have been navigating the world of finance for almost two decades – first in the structures of large companies and institutions, today on my side, in the role of educator, advisor and mentor.
I am a tax advisor and co-owner of a company, as well as a woman who knows well what a life full of challenges, roles and responsibilities looks like. I have worked in international corporations, financial institutions and the technology industry, I have led complex projects, supported businesses in Poland and abroad.
I know the world of numbers – but I also know that numbers alone are not enough if they are not accompanied by reflection, intention and understanding of what is important to you.
That's why today I combine specific financial knowledge with an individual approach, helping women regain a sense of influence, organize their finances and make decisions with greater ease.

I don't look at people through templates. I look for what's unique. I help find solutions tailored to you - not to the "statistical average".
Relationships are more important to me than numbers. I create a space where you can speak honestly and freely – even about difficult issues. Clients often say that finally someone really heard them.
I love learning and sharing knowledge. I constantly monitor changes, learn new tools and strategies. Then I explain them in simple language so you can use them – immediately and without stress.
I help you get going. We don't just talk - we act. If you have an idea but don't know how to implement it, I'm here to translate it into a concrete plan and help you implement it.
I am looking for peace, not sensation. I value harmony, respect and an atmosphere in which it is easier to make decisions. I support you, but I do not pressure you. We work at your pace - calmly, but effectively.
